Whilst this is a group programme you will also be supported with 1:1 sessions throughout the programme so that this is personalised to YOU. Flexible payment plans are available. There are 4 components to this programme - well-gut, well-mind, well-being and well-woman.
Well-gut: You will be able to make an informed decision about what foods you eat by being supported to create a personalised nutrition plan, you will be taught how to increase foods that support gut health and create healthy eating habits and practices.
Well-mind: You will improve your relationship with food, understand how stress impacts digestion and learn strategies to mitigate this and also spend time improving your own mindset so putting these healthy habits in place is easy.
Well-being: You will learn to incorporate healthy movement and lifestyle habits.
Well- Woman: You will learn to fully embrace your cycles, hormones and what it is to be a woman.

This programme incorporates 9 modules of recorded videos and resources. LIVE weekly group coaching plus monthly 1:1 coaching and 2 microbiome tests.
