This 3 month programme utilises the Low FODMAP Diet™ created by Monash University. FODMAPS are sugars found in plant foods that for most people do not create any problems. For others, it can cause an array of symptoms including bloating, discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence.  Over the course over the programme you will learn what FODMAPS foods are and how to eliminate them from your diet for a short period of time. You will then be taught and supported whilst you challenge them systematically over a few months in order to find out which foods don’t suit you and which foods do. This is considered the gold standard of testing for ‘food intolerances’.

Research conducted by Monash University has shown that IBS symptoms improve in 3 out of 4 people who follow a low FODMAP diet. Over the course over the programme you will learn what FODMAPS foods are and how to eliminate them from your diet for a short period of time. You will then be taught and supported whilst you challenge them systematically over a few months in order to find out which foods don't suit you and which foods do.

Sometimes we don't need to remove a whole food group we just need to eliminate some foods in that group (e.g. we can eat yoghurt and hard cheese but not milk and soft cheese) or we just need to reduce the amount we eat (e.g. we can eat bread once a week but not every day).

This is considered the 'gold standard' of testing food intolerances.

As part of the programme you will get resources, menu plans, recipes, trackers and full support including weekly group zoom coaching, three 1:1 coaching sessions, 8 hypnotherapy for IBS sessions and a private Facebook group and messenger hub.

You will be expected to download the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet™ App at your own cost.
