Over the 10 days you will:

  • Recognise the reasons behind YOUR bloat
  • Know what foods can create bloating and what foods can reduce bloating and HOW you eat also impacts gut symptoms
  • Practice more than 5 different specific techniques can dispel gas and support digestion.
  • Learn the #1 tip to reduce bloating in the moments

The challenge comprises of daily emails with videos and resources and 3 LIVE coaching sessions via Zoom to answer questions and provide support. You will also be part of a private pop-up  Facebook group and messenger hub to ask questions and get support.
