Naturopathic Packages

There are several options to work with me on an individual basis:

Basic Naturopathic Package

This package includes an initial 2 hour consultation to gather as much information as possible and start to formulate a plan. Plus 3 follow ups to ensure you feel supported in your goals. You can choose mini follow ups if you would prefer. I recommend follow ups be either every week or every fortnight to start with.

This plan might include dietary change, tests, herb and supplement recommendations, life coaching tools or even referral to others. Its important to me that you create a team of people around you who can support you in your own individual health journey, whatever that might be.

This package is best if you have one main health goal and your health is generally good.

This package is $450.

Nutritional Analysis

This package includes analysis and a written report of your current diet.  It includes an in depth analysis of vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, carbohydrates, food groups, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and energy etc.

A 1 hour session is included to allow us to go through the report and come up with goals that can improve your diet and possibly reduce symptoms or risk of chronic disease.

This package is best if you would like to tweak your diet to make it as healthy as possible but don’t have major health concerns. You will be expected to download an app and record your food intake for 7 days. Please bear this in mind when booking the appointment.

This package is $299

Comprehensive Naturopathic Package

This package includes an initial 2 hour consultation to gather as much information as possible and start to formulate a plan. Plus a follow up every fortnight for a period of 6 months.  This plan also includes 2x nutritional analyses.

This package is best if you have chronic symptoms and feel like you need a total health transformation.

This package is $1999

Please book a FREE call to discuss any of these packages if you are not sure which one is better for you. There are payment plans for all of these – which can be organised easily to suit any situation or budget.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?

Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care profession, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods and substances that encourage individuals’ inherent self-healing process. The practice of naturopathic medicine includes modern and traditional, scientific, and empirical methods.

Naturopathic Medicine has at its foundation, 6 Principles –

  1. The Healing Power of Nature (Vis Medicatrix Naturae): Naturopathic medicine recognizes an inherent self-healing process in people that is ordered and intelligent. Naturopaths act to identify and remove obstacles to healing and recovery, and to facilitate and augment this inherent self-healing process.
  2. Identify and Treat the Causes (Tolle Causam): Naturopaths seeks to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness rather than to merely eliminate or suppress symptoms.
  3. First Do No Harm (Primum Non Nocere): Naturopaths follow three guidelines to avoid harming the patient:
    • Utilize methods and medicinal substances which minimize the risk of harmful side effects, using the least force necessary to diagnose and treat;
    • Avoid when possible the harmful suppression of symptoms; and
    • Acknowledge, respect, and work with individuals’ self-healing process.
  4. Doctor as Teacher (Docere): Naturopaths educate their clients and encourage self-responsibility for health. They also recognize and employ the therapeutic potential of the practitioner-client relationship.
  5. Treat the Whole Person: Naturopaths treat each patient by taking into account individual physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, and other factors. Since total health also includes spiritual health, naturopaths encourage individuals to pursue their personal spiritual development.
  6. Prevention and Wellbeing: Naturopaths focus on the prevention of illness, health promotion and the drive for total wellbeing.

Naturopaths believe that it is vital to treat the individual, to stimulate and support the body’s inherent ability to heal, to identify the root cause, address it as naturally and gently as possible, to teach patients how to create wellness, and to prevent illness whenever possible.

The Theraputic Order builds upon the Six Principles to further guide the clinical practice of naturopathic medicine, and emphasizes the determinants of health as an integral component of the care plan.

Naturopaths use a broad spectrum of therapies, ranging from nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle counselling, body therapies, massage, homeopathy and flower essences.  Sarah specifically uses nutrition, lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, flower essences, plus utilises her other training in life, health and mindset coaching, NLP and yoga.
